Prom Limousines will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles although we do make every effort to protect your valuables please double check the car before you leave for good. We follow public places laws and smoking is not permitted in vehicles. This also allows us to keep vehicles nice and fresh.

If smoking occurs there will be a $300 deodorize fee charged to your credit card.

If there is a vehicle that the customer gets sick in a vehicle there will be a minimum cleanup fee of $300.

If a vehicle is deemed to be abused/trashed, this fee will also apply plus any additional damages.

Any broken side windows on buses will result in a $500 fee per occurrence.

You are not permitted to stand on seats in party buses as it can cause damage and is extremely dangerous.

If a driver deems passengers to be causing danger to themselves or anyone else Prom reserves the right to end the trip with no refund.

Underage drinking is not permitted and we reserve the right to search the bags of minors for their protection and safety.

Your safety is our number one concern at all times.

Deposits are used to reserve our vehicles and are therefore non refundable after 72 hours. Customer authorizes Prom Limousines to take deposit on cc which comes off the balance due and agrees to let Prom Limousine to hold that account for security of the trip for any additional charges such as unpaid overtime charges or any damages caused by a customer or their party to any vehicle that they are renting.

If any of these charges are paid in cash of course we will not charge the card on file but if you pay in cash please ask your chauffeur for a receipt.

Prom Limousine and customer agree that if there is a vehicle that has a mechanical failure that although we will try to replace it with the exact vehicle, sometimes it is not possible however.

In this case the customer agrees to accept a vehicle that Prom Limousine sees as fit for the occasion and this will satisfy the agreement.

If there is a dispute over services Prom Limousines will resolve this with company credit only.

There are no cash refunds. If the contract is canceled balance may still be due in full if vehicle cannot be rented to someone else. Balances due for  proms are due three weeks prior to the event. If there is a balance due for any job, it is due upon arrival of the vehicle and must be paid in full to the chauffeur before the trip is started.

Overtime will be calculated as any hour or part of an hour after 15 minute grace period. All overtime charges must be paid to chauffeur on day of event. If there is a service charge on contract this is not a gratuity and is not a tip for the driver.

Tips are appreciated by our chauffeurs but not required and are at the sole discretion of the customer. Please tip your chauffeur based on service. All our chauffeurs are trained to take care of you with the highest level of service.

We are not responsible for lateness due to mechanical failure, accidents, inclement weather, or anything that is out of our control. Although we make every effort to always be on time. Most vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking so that we can see where the vehicles are at all times which helps us to manage our mobile workforce and gives us definite times for arrival at all addresses. If there is a dispute about overtime, customer agrees to let the GPS report resolve this dispute as it is very accurate and factual.

If this is a pickup /drop off reservation there is a 15 minute grace period given and then regular overtime rates apply.

Extra stops are between $20 and $50 depending on the vehicle.

In the case of a no show full rates apply and you agree to pay in cash or allow us to charge credit card on file. If you have any special requests please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
